In Issue #2, Charlie has been led by the mysterious woman in his dream to Stephanie, a recluse and former government operator who worked with Doug--and who also saw the mystery woman in her dream. Together they investigate who the mystery woman is, what her connection to Doug was, and where the military base she is apparently kept at, is located.
